Their centrally located yard is a hub for landscapers and homeowners to dispose of brush, and commercial customers to purchase wholesale landscaping supplies. Eggemeyer manufactures custom soil blends, dyed mulch and other organic products.

Brookfield hired Key Concepts Marketing in 2020 to manage their Paid Digital Services and help with launching a new master-planned community, Easton Park, targeting millennials and first-time home buyers. The campaign objective was to drive a quality attendance to the grand opening event who in turn would decide to buy in the short-term.
We had to inform new residents that the facility is open to the public, as well as educate the consumer on the benefits and convenience of using the Eggemeyer yard rather than a free, local alternative.
We ran a mix of traditional and digital advertising during the 2020 shutdown. As time progressed, we shifted traditional advertising dollars over to digital ads. We saw X % increase in website traffic from PPC and FB ads. Organic social media and a billboard campaign brand awareness.
In its 4-week run, the digital campaign generated 510 RSVPs and drove over 1,000 people to the grand opening event.
More importantly, the campaign kick-started sales which achieved complete sellout of Easton Park’s Phase 1 of 176 homes.
